The story
In the Villa Crespo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, Han offers an intimate dining space where detail, warmth, and quiet elegance shape the night. The restaurant is led by Chef Pablo Park, whose personal story of roots, migration, and evolving identity is told through flavor. Here, contemporary Korean cuisine meets the full potential of local Argentine ingredients.
Han is a meeting point where Argentine producers, chefs, and guests come together. The kitchen uses exclusively products grown in Argentina, reinterpreting their possibilities to express regional character, seasonality, and cultural context throughout the menu. This commitment to place and tradition has earned the restaurant a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026.
Dining at Han happens at the chef’s counter, where each course is a chapter in a story-driven journey. Two seasonal tasting menus are offered: the full Han: Chef’s Counter Menu — a deeper, precisely balanced narrative — and the Chef’s Selection Menu, a lighter rhythm with fewer courses but the same intention. Both explore Korean roots through modern technique.
A curated wine pairing is available, weaving together Argentine wines, Korean beverages, and house infusions chosen to complement every course. The experience is direct, intuitive, and built on balance.
Han operates by reservation only, with seatings Tuesday through Saturday. The restaurant is located at Vera 966, Buenos Aires. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice.
