The story
At Maison du Luxembourg in Brussels, chef Philippe Lecomte works with fresh, seasonal produce from the market to create a colourful, healthy cuisine. The menu changes with his inspiration and the seasons, offering a three-course fixed-choice menu alongside daily suggestions. The kitchen is open to the main dining room, letting guests watch the preparation of their dishes.
The dining team provides personalised service and advice, complemented by a curated wine list. The sommelier is on hand to guide guests through quality vintages from passionate winegrowers who respect their terroirs. The atmosphere is professional yet convivial, reflecting the restaurant’s Michelin Recommended status – a recognition earned for its consistent classic cuisine and attentive hospitality.
The restaurant offers several distinct settings. The ground floor features the main dining room with comfortable bench seating and a view of the open kitchen. Upstairs, the first-floor room provides more privacy with generous space between tables. For groups, an alcove on the first floor seats 6 to 12, while a private dining room in the vaulted cellar accommodates up to 24 around a single table. A banqueting room on the first floor can host up to 60 guests. Each space is designed for comfort and intimacy, whether for a quiet dinner or a celebration.
