In the quiet village of Oisquercq, just southwest of Brussels, Viticolo brings a focused, personal vision of Italian and Mediterranean cooking. The restaurant is the project of a passionate chef who works with local and seasonal products, changing the menu regularly to reflect what is best at the market.

The kitchen makes its pasta and ravioli daily, a craft that gives the menu a distinct character. A separate market menu, renewed each week, is served for lunch and dinner from Tuesday through Friday, offering a lighter, more spontaneous way to experience the cooking. The main carte and menu evolve alongside it.

The dining room has been carefully reimagined, and on warm days the meal can move outside to a bucolic garden terrace with outdoor seating. The setting is meant to encourage lingering, and two guest rooms — Taormina and Syracuse — allow diners to extend the evening into a full escape. Each room offers a double bed, air conditioning, and a private terrace, with optional breakfast baskets and wine or champagne.

Viticolo’s approach has earned it a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026, a recognition that aligns with the restaurant’s quiet ambition: to let the ingredients speak, and to share a genuinely enjoyable moment at the table.
