Filippi sits in the heart of Korčula Old Town, with outdoor tables overlooking the water. The restaurant’s mission is straightforward: honour the land, sea, and culture of the region. That means sourcing from local farmers and fishers, and letting seasonal ingredients lead. The wine list follows the same logic—small-batch, organic Croatian bottles chosen by the sommelier. The menu reinterprets Dalmatian classics with modern technique. Cold starters include a burrata with tomatoes, raspberries, and aceto caviar, or a shrimp tartare with mango and lemon. Warm appetizers range from a shrimp soup with rouille to homemade carrot gnocchi with scampi. Mains feature lamb with ratatouille and pistachios, slow-cooked beef with cauliflower and grape, or white fish fillet with black olives and saffron. Desserts like pistachio and white chocolate or strawberry sorbet finish the meal. A three-course menu is €104; four courses, €120. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are clearly marked.
