The story
In the heart of Tallinn’s Old Town, Art Priori brings together delicious food, wonderful cocktails, high-quality art, and pleasant music. The restaurant’s modern cuisine is built on clean, pure flavours, with a menu that moves from cold and light dishes to warm, hearty plates and a dedicated grill section.
Leading the kitchen is head chef Dmitri Fjodorov, a chef who has shaped his skills through classical and modern training in kitchens across the world. He has worked at Michelin-starred restaurants and earned the title of Chef of the Year in 2014, as well as competing for six years in the Bocuse d’Or world championship. At Art Priori, he and his team continue to push culinary boundaries, committed to food quality and pure taste.
The menu offers a range of options, from a caviar serving with beer pancakes to scallop crudo with white soy and seaweed. Warm dishes include creamy Parmesan risotto, slow-cooked beef cheek with celeriac and truffle, and a halibut with browned butter and beurre blanc. The grill section features lamb rump, venison fillet, and beef ribeye. Desserts, such as a pear tart with salted caramel or a goat cheese crème brûlée, round off the meal.
Art Priori’s recognition as a Michelin Recommended restaurant for 2026 reflects the quality of the experience. It is a place where art on the walls and music in the air complement the plate, making for a memorable evening in Tallinn.
