The story
At Partage in Andlau, the name says it all. Julie and Hugo run this restaurant with genuine simplicity, creating an atmosphere that is warm and authentic. She takes care of the front-of-house; he works the stove. Together, they invite guests to share a good meal with those they care about.
The restaurant occupies an old Alsatian house just steps from the famous Route des Vins, between Strasbourg and Colmar. Inside, the décor changes with the seasons, as does the menu. The kitchen focuses on local produce, prepared with respect for flavour and tradition, yet delivered with a modern touch. Hugo trained alongside some of the greats, but here he expresses his own style – one that is open, accessible, and sincere.
Partage has earned a place on the Michelin guide’s Recommended list for 2026, a nod to the quality and consistency of its modern cuisine. The cooking is grounded in the terroir: sauces, juices, and condiments are built to satisfy rather than to impress. Often the cooks themselves bring the dishes to the table, reinforcing the sense of honest hospitality.
Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Saturday, Partage feels like a small haven. A charming inner courtyard offers outdoor seating in good weather, making it ideal for a quiet meal for two, a gathering of friends, or a family celebration. Private parties can also be arranged.
Whether you come for a seasonal menu or a glass of wine from the nearby vineyards, the experience is one of genuine sharing – just as the name promises.
