The story
At Les Remparts, lunch is savoured under arched trellises woven with jasmine, ivy and bougainvillea. The terrace, shaded by parasols, offers an uninterrupted view of the deep blue Mediterranean. By night, the same panorama transforms into a romantic backdrop of twinkling lights along the bay of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The atmosphere shifts from breezy daytime conviviality to an intimate evening escape.
The kitchen sends out a true postcard of the Mediterranean: colourful creations, authentic cooking, and precise plating. The menu – consistent between lunch and dinner – celebrates the region's produce in a straightforward, bistronomic style. This approach earned the restaurant a Michelin Recommended distinction in 2026, a nod to its reliable, high-quality Mediterranean cuisine.
Pastry chef Florent Margaillan closes each meal with a cart of Parisian-style desserts. Seasonal tarts, vanilla mille-feuille, mango-coconut or pistachio entremets, and orange flower pastries share space with house-made sorbets and ice creams – light, refreshing finishes for warm Riviera afternoons.
