The story
La Table d’Aimé sits at the heart of the Domaine Cazes estate in Rivesaltes, a short drive from Perpignan. The restaurant takes its name from Aimé Cazes, founder of the family domaine, and pays homage to his legacy through an honest, ingredient-driven approach. The setting is simple and welcoming, with the winery’s vines and cellars providing a natural backdrop.
The kitchen draws on the best of the Roussillon region, from the Mediterranean coast to the Catalan countryside. Seasonal menus change daily based on what local suppliers bring: fish from Puignau and Gavignaud, meats from Maison Guasch and Sobraques, and produce from Illibéris. The result is a Modern Cuisine that is both refined and unpretentious, with dishes like seared Mediterranean bluefin tuna with ajo blanco, or a half duck breast with cherry and pink peppercorn sauce.
As part of the Cazes estate, the restaurant offers a wide selection of the domaine’s biodynamic wines. Guests can choose a three- or four-glass pairing to accompany their meal, with options such as the fresh, mineral Clos de Paulilles Blanc or the remarkable Aimé Cazes, aged for 22 years in century-old oak foudres.
La Table d’Aimé has been awarded a Michelin Recommendation for 2026, a nod to its consistent quality and respect for terroir. The fixed-price menus (from €34 for two courses to €44 for four courses) make it an accessible entry into fine dining, while the option to book private events adds to its versatility. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply looking for a thoughtful meal, this is a place that lets the flavours of the region speak for themselves.
