The story
In a building with history on Fleher Strasse, Fleher Hof serves seasonal, French-influenced cuisine that has earned it a Michelin Recommended distinction. The kitchen focuses on fresh, market-driven ingredients, with duck taking a starring role across several menus.
Fleher Hof offers three curated menus. The Hof Menü is a duck lover’s journey, available in two to five courses. Dishes include a house-made foie gras terrine with banana, date, and pear, followed by confit duck leg with beluga lentils and chipotle, and roasted duck breast with parsley root, carrot, and hazelnut. The Bistro Menü is a three-course option featuring a duck terrine starter, roast beef from Westerwälder dairy cows with béarnaise and fries, and a dark chocolate mousse with wild blueberries. A vegetarian menu is also available, with dishes like burrata with mushrooms and a Mediterranean vegetable quiche with goat cheese.
Beyond the set menus, the à la carte selection includes frog legs with pastis, panhas with iced lobster, and a Fleher Hof pot-au-feu with wild salmon and prawns. Desserts range from a rich chocolate mousse to a vodka-spiked lemon sorbet. The wine list spans over 250 labels, and the drinks menu features local beers such as Schlüssel Alt and Sion Kölsch.
The restaurant operates in a traditional building with outdoor seating on the terrace. It is open Wednesday through Saturday from 17:30, and Sunday from 12:00 to 14:30 and 17:30 to 22:00. Note that dogs are not permitted on the premises.
