The story
PINK – Das Restaurant sits on Talstraße in the quiet town of Schwalbach. The atmosphere is both inviting and refined – a place for a leisurely dinner, a spontaneous lunch, or a festive gathering. The team’s philosophy is clear: fresh, seasonal ingredients handled with care and creativity. The menu changes with the seasons, showcasing produce at its peak. Whether you sit indoors or on the outdoor terrace, the focus is on quality and genuine hospitality.
The menu reflects a modern approach to classic European techniques. Starters include beef carpaccio with rucola and Parmesan, a delicate tuna sashimi and tartare with wasabi crème fraîche, and a creamy burrata with mango, tomato, and avocado. Mains range from a classic Wiener Schnitzel to a Bodensee rump steak with caramelised onions and herb butter, sea bass with sugar snap peas and shrimp ravioli in shellfish foam, and a lamb rack with ratatouille and creamy polenta. For two, the Côte de Boeuf is a generous sharing option. Desserts balance indulgence and lightness – a playful interpretation of Piña Colada, warm chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream and berries, or a sorbet variation. The kitchen also offers a kids’ menu and a daily soup, making it welcoming for all ages.
PINK extends its culinary reach beyond the dining room. The restaurant hosts special events, including the interactive “Criminal Dinner” – a murder mystery set in 1920s England, where guests become detectives over a buffet. For private celebrations and corporate events, the team provides catering and buffet service, applying the same attention to detail that defines the regular menu. The space is also available for private parties, and the restaurant accepts cash, EC cards, and contactless payments.
The restaurant’s commitment to consistency and flavour has earned it a Michelin Recommendation for 2026. This recognition underscores the refined, modern cuisine that PINK delivers every day – a place where technique and seasonality meet in a relaxed, elegant setting.
