Guide
The Nordics' inspector-led restaurant guide, founded in Stockholm in 2005 by Mikael Mölstad and Lars Peder Hedberg as a transparent alternative to Michelin. Anonymous testers always pay the bill. Restaurants are scored out of 100, with food weighted most (40), then drink, service, and ambiance (20 each). Those scores become five classes, from Global masters level down to Recommended. Sweden since 2005, Denmark from 2013, plus a Nordic English edition.
