The story
Gli Uffici occupies a corner of Palazzo Boyl, a late-19th-century noble building that ranks among Cagliari’s most important historic residences. The restaurant’s name hints at its former life as the palazzo’s offices, now transformed into a dining space that lets the architecture speak. A distinctive balcony supported by four sculpted figures frames the view over the city, making the surroundings part of the experience.
The kitchen works within the Italian Contemporary and Mediterranean traditions, drawing on the region’s produce and techniques.
