The story

Casa Perrotta Restaurant, Cernobbio: Michelin-Recommended Campanian Cuisine

A Family Affair on Lake Como

In 2019, brothers Sossio and Daniele Perrotta opened Casa Perrotta in Cernobbio, on the shores of Lake Como. Born in Campania, they bring a deep-rooted passion for their region’s cuisine, refined through years in prestigious restaurants and their previous venture, Poggio Antico in Montalcino. Their cooking—Campanian and Italian contemporary—focuses on the best raw ingredients, revisited in a modern, lively style. The restaurant’s intimate, minimalist design reflects their desire for an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere.

This commitment earned them a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026. Guests praise dishes like tortellini filled with Cinta Senese pork, guinea fowl cooked low and slow, and a creative “finto uovo” dessert. House-made breads, grissini, and focaccia accompany the meal, while the wine list is carefully curated. The brothers work alongside their partners Valentina and Giulia, making the experience feel like a personal invitation into their home.
