The story
i-Fame speaks of Rimini – a dynamic city that looks to the future while holding tight to its traditions. Chef Daniele Succi, a Rimini native, leads the kitchen with a philosophy rooted in the Romagna terroir: only local, seasonal products, with a strong emphasis on Adriatic fish selected daily, excellent meats from the hinterland, and thoughtful vegetarian proposals. Bread is made in-house from sourdough starter; pasta is strictly handmade; desserts are meant to leave a lasting memory.
The restaurant, located inside the i-SUITE hotel, offers a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. In summer, guests can enjoy an aperitif in the i-GARDEN. The cuisine is described as fresh and light, combining the authenticity of local ingredients with modern techniques. This approach has earned i-Fame a place among the restaurants suggested by the Michelin Guide – a recognition that honours the uniqueness of the kitchen and confirms the team's commitment to gastronomic excellence.
The menu presents several tasting paths. “The Traditional” reinterprets classics like octopus with potato and gobbetti pasta with mussel jus, samphire, and sea fennel. “All Raw” features Adriatic fish sashimi, oysters, and a lightly seared baby cuttlefish from the kamado with cherry tomato gazpacho. “The Creative” offers dishes such as “Tonno vitellato” (tuna in the style of vitello tonnato) and charcoal-larded monkfish. For land lovers, “From the Hinterland” includes woodland quail and charcoal-grilled beef fillet. There is also a dedicated vegetarian menu, with highlights like aged carrot with celeriac and black garlic, and beetroot and potato ravioli with goat’s blue cheese.
With its modern Italian cuisine that respects tradition and seasonality, i-Fame offers a genuine taste of Rimini’s culinary identity, now recognised by the Michelin Guide.
