The story
Perched at 2,200 metres in Corvara in Badia, KELINA Fine Dine is a spectacular Alpine restaurant offering a sensory experience high above the valley. With a dramatic view of the Sassongher mountain, the restaurant serves a modern cuisine that fuses Mediterranean aromas with regional, autochthonous flavours from the surrounding rural villages. The result is a fascinating, refined take on the local culinary tradition. Every dish is made with meticulously selected, top-tier ingredients.
At KELINA, great food meets a remarkable wine programme. The cellar holds over 800 labels, with a focus on top European estates and select offerings from across the Atlantic. This collection, built since 2014 through dedicated study and a deep passion for viticulture, is a journey in itself. The sommelier is on hand to guide guests through the tasting menus, pairing each course with the perfect bottle. The restaurant’s commitment to quality has been recognised with a mention in the MICHELIN Guide Italia 2026—the first such honour for a restaurant in Val Badia.
Beyond its gourmet credentials, KELINA Fine Dine is also the first restaurant in the valley to receive a celiac-friendly certification from the Italian Coeliac Association (AIC). This ensures that guests following a gluten-free diet can enjoy the full range of Alpine delights in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether for a long lunch with a view or a multi-course tasting journey, the restaurant offers an elegant yet relaxed setting for modern Alpine dining.
