The dining experience is built around tasting menus. Guests can choose from a series of named journeys: Incipit I and Incipit II, each presenting eight courses; Segno, a ten-course progression; and Legatura, also ten courses, with a slightly higher price point. For those who prefer to tailor their evening, the STORYLINE - TASTING EXPERIENCE allows diners to curate a personal selection of four courses from the existing menus, rounded out with a savoury trilogy and a dessert. Prices range from €140 to €185 per person.
