In the heart of Tolentino, Osteria Ime brings a fresh perspective to the Marche dining scene. Conceived in October 2022 and opened in April 2023, this restaurant is the work of Chef Entiana Osmenzeza, whose cooking is shaped by the convergence of different cultures, atmospheres, and flavors. Her approach is rooted in stories, travel, and a constant search for new worlds to understand through food, using raw ingredients to offer what she describes as “an experience of total nourishment.”

The restaurant’s name, “Ime,” means “mine” in Albanian, a nod to the chef’s heritage. This personal touch extends to the wine list, described as a cellar of “wines of memory, tied to our life,” featuring a strong selection of local Marche labels like Verdicchio and Pecorino alongside bottles from across Italy and France.

The contemporary cuisine is presented through tasting menus that change with the seasons. Guests can choose from a 4-course vegetarian, fish, or meat degustation at €60, or a 6-course set menu at €80. An à la carte menu is available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The restaurant is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, 19:30 to 24:00.
