Founder and chef Lauris Aleksejevs leads a passionate team of industry professionals—cooks, bartenders, waiters, and creatives—who believe that real food is not only about taste but also about feeling, emotion, atmosphere, and care. The kitchen is overseen by senior chefs Romans Jefimovs and Edgars Neija, while the wine program is curated by sommeliers Lotārs Ārends and Renārs Tarvids.
