Executive Chef Jimmy Wong, a native of Hong Kong, has honed his skills across Asia, including positions in Singapore and China. He also won a prestigious television cooking competition broadcast on CCTV-2 in Beijing. Chef Wong is passionate about honouring his culture through rich flavours, techniques and traditional cooking. Dim Sum Chef Ng Meng Loong brings over 20 years of experience, blending traditional Cantonese techniques with a modern touch to create authentic dim sum that highlights the essence of Cantonese cuisine.
