The story
Bistro Féline was a Michelin Recommended French and Modern Cuisine restaurant on Amsterdam's Lindengracht, in the heart of the Jordaan. The bistro offered counter dining, where guests could watch the kitchen at work, as well as outdoor seating for al fresco meals. Its recognition in the Michelin guide for 2026 highlighted the quality of its cooking and service.
In early 2025, Bistro Féline closed its doors. The team expressed heartfelt gratitude to their guests for "fantastic support and unforgettable moments." They then turned their attention to a new project: Restaurant Daalder, which opened on the same location on June 5, 2025. While Bistro Féline is no longer serving, its brief but acclaimed run remains a fond memory for those who dined there.
The restaurant's cuisine focused on French techniques with a modern sensibility, executed in an intimate, welcoming setting. Although the bistro has closed, its spirit continues in the new venture at the same address.
