12/10: A Non-Traditional Izakaya in Quezon City

Since 2014, 12/10 has carved out a distinct place in Quezon City’s dining scene. The restaurant describes itself as a non-traditional izakaya, serving flavor-forward and produce-driven small plates alongside an extensive beverage selection. The kitchen focuses on Japanese contemporary cuisine, balancing raw seafood with cooked meat and seasonal produce.

Two evening experiences define the dinner service. The Omakase is a 10-course tasting menu that progresses from raw seafood to heartier cooked dishes. For a more relaxed evening, the Izakaya offers an à la carte menu designed for sharing over drinks. By day, the space transforms with Panko Pussy, a casual menu of sandwiches and plates available from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, accompanied by an espresso and matcha bar.

The recognition from Michelin in 2026, with a Recommended distinction, reflects the consistency and ambition of 12/10’s kitchen. The approach is straightforward: let ingredients lead, and pair them with a thoughtful selection of highballs, cocktails, sake, wine, and spirits.

Located at the ground floor of 8 Rockwell on Lopez Drive in Makati’s Rockwell Centre, the restaurant operates Monday through Saturday evenings for Omakase and Izakaya, and Monday through Sunday for daytime service, including Sunday lunch. The space is air-conditioned with counter dining available, and accommodates private parties. Parking is available, as are takeaway orders.
