The story
The Time brings a modern approach to Poznań’s dining scene, with a kitchen built around the philosophy of grill & wine. The menu is a careful balance of lightness, seasonal ingredients, and fine-dining precision, with strong meat accents. Main courses are prepared in a traditional MIBRASA charcoal oven, giving meats exceptional juiciness and vegetables a unique smoky aroma. Fish, baked in salt, delivers pure flavours. Every dish is designed to pair with the restaurant’s carefully selected wines, and wine pairing is offered as a natural part of the experience.
The interior, designed by Pracownia Autorska JESKE Design (Katarzyna Jeske-Jonkisz), is elegant and modern – a refined setting that matches the food’s ambition. The Time has been recognised by the Michelin Guide as a recommended restaurant in 2023, 2024, and 2025, a testament to its consistent quality and thoughtful cooking.
For those who want the full expression of the kitchen, The Time offers a tasting menu (available by reservation). It opens with an amuse-bouche of rabbit liver with chocolate, nuts, and forest berries. The first starter is smoked sturgeon on a yeast blini with regional sour cream and sturgeon caviar. Next, a classic foie gras pâté with forest berries, cognac, and brioche. The first main course features tuna and cod with nori, green sauce, pickled beetroot, courgette, and pumpkin mousse. The second main turns to guinea fowl with beetroot, truffle purée, grilled romaine lettuce, demi-glace, and morels. Dessert brings chocolate, cherries, crunch, forest berries, and brandy.
The Time is part of the Młyńska 12 complex and can be opened up to connect with the courtyard and a banquet hall, accommodating over a hundred guests while keeping a private, intimate atmosphere. It is a popular choice for business events, family celebrations, and weddings.
