The story
CAMPO Modern Grill brings the spirit of the Argentine pampas to Wrocław. The name itself – campo meaning field or land in Spanish – signals a philosophy rooted in nature and honest cooking. Here, Argentine steaks and a signature menu with South American accents are the stars, prepared with the same care the team would use for their own families.
Chef Wojciech Janowicz believes that passion, attention to detail, and great teamwork are the keys to culinary perfection. The heart of the kitchen is a charcoal-fired Josper oven, which reaches temperatures up to 500°C, giving every dish an authentic, smoky depth. The beef comes from farms in Argentina’s La Pampa region, prized for its natural, grass-fed methods that produce exceptional flavour.
The restaurant’s dark, spacious interior uses noble, natural materials and was designed by BUCK.STUDIO. Its cohesive concept won the WIN Award for Best Restaurant Interior in the World in 2017 – a testament to the same authenticity and respect for nature that drives the food. The wine list, with a special focus on organic wines from Dieter Meier’s OJO DE AGUA and PURO in Mendoza, Argentina, completes the experience.
CAMPO Modern Grill has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026, a recognition of its commitment to quality and authenticity. Whether you come for the Argentine steaks, the seasonal vegetables, or the fresh seafood and original desserts, the conviction is clear: everything good comes from places the team knows well and respects deeply.
