The story
At Labyrinth, Chef LG Han invites you into a sophisticated exploration of Singapore’s culinary heritage. This Michelin-starred restaurant, recognised for high quality cooking, redefines what it means to eat Singaporean food today. Chef Han’s vision is rooted in his own Singapore story, translating authentic local flavours into a refined, contemporary format.
The restaurant calls its approach “New Singaporean Cuisine.” Every dish on the seafood-centric tasting menu is designed to evoke memories and tell stories, delivering a truly unique gastronomical experience. The kitchen works with seasonal produce, so menus change constantly and are never published online. Instead, guests discover each course as it arrives, an unfolding narrative of spice, texture, and tradition.
Labyrinth offers two tasting menus: a lunch menu at $208++ per person and a dinner menu at $298++ per person. Lunch takes approximately two and a half hours; dinner extends to three hours, allowing time to savour each episode of the meal. The restaurant notes that it cannot accommodate zero-spice, vegan, vegetarian, or celiac diets, nor allergies to dairy, gluten, mushroom, allium, soy, egg, or coconut. While shellfish-free requests can be managed, non-seafood diets cannot be catered for in full.
Located at Esplanade Mall along Marina Bay Promenade, the dining room is air-conditioned and wheelchair accessible. Parking is available nearby. Labyrinth is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, with dinner service from Wednesday to Sunday and lunch on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
