The story
365 is the fine-dining restaurant of Son Brull, a restored 18th-century Jesuit convent turned rural hotel just outside Pollença, Mallorca. The name comes from a local saying: the finca was known as “the estate with as many windows as days in the year.” That sense of place and tradition shapes everything on the plate.
Open Tuesday to Saturday evenings, 365 offers three tasting menus – one of them vegetarian – each composed of five courses. The kitchen is firmly anchored to the island’s seasons and traditions, drawing on exceptional produce from Son Brull’s own farm and from the best Mallorcan producers and artisans. The result is a cuisine that feels both of the moment and deeply connected to the Mediterranean landscape.
The wine list spans more than 200 labels from around the world, with a strong emphasis on Mallorca’s excellent local wines. Sommelier and head of service Joan Amengual has designed a pairing to accompany each menu, making the selection part of the journey.
365 has earned a Michelin Recommended distinction, a natural reflection of its commitment to authentic, ingredient-driven cooking in a setting that honours the island’s heritage. It is a place to experience Mallorcan gastronomy at its most sincere.
