The story
La Cucina Italiana opened its doors in 1999 with a clear vision: to make Italian cuisine a place where tradition meets innovation. Founder Pietro Fioriniello built the restaurant around a love for genuine Italian ingredients and flavours, creating a space that honours the authentic while daring to think anew. Today, his son Alessio Fioriniello runs the kitchen alongside Vincenzo Sforza, carrying the legacy forward and evolving the experience.
