The story
KCC by Mauro Colagreco brings a fresh energy to the Kulm Country Club in St. Moritz. The restaurant describes itself as playful, cool, and laid back – a place to gather, drink, and dine. Its Michelin Recommended status reflects the quality of what arrives at the table.
Chef Mauro Colagreco’s approach is a contemporary reinterpretation of classic recipes, with a clear focus on ingredients sourced from local farmers. The Mountain Terroir menu emphasises nature, proximity, and connection. The result is a bold, seasonal take on Modern Cuisine that feels rooted in the Alpine landscape.
The à la carte menu changes regularly, supported by a dessert menu, snacks, and a kids’ menu. Every Saturday starting from June 20, the Alpine Asado invites guests to gather around the grill for a long, unhurried lunch. On Friday and Saturday afternoons, the terrace hosts Aperitivo hour with drinks, conversation, and music that eases the day toward evening. Sundays bring a musical host from 12:00 to 15:00.
The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner, with a smart casual dress code. Dogs are welcome. The season runs from June 12 to September 26, 2026, with closures on Mondays and Tuesdays. This is a space that rewards lingering – whether over a plate of Mountain Terroir dishes or a glass of wine with the Engadin valley in view.
The Kulm Country Club has long been a social hub of St. Moritz. With live music, outdoor seating, and wheelchair access, it accommodates a wide range of guests. The atmosphere is relaxed but polished, fitting the Alpine resort town. The international crowd and the Modern Cuisine menu make it a destination for both hotel guests and visitors.
