The story
On Soi Langsuan, Bisou is a modern French restaurant where the kitchen and cellar are run by the people who built them. Chef Antoine Darquin cooks an author's cuisine: French roots, a personal hand, plates built to share. The room hums with the energy of a place that knows exactly what it is.
The guiding philosophy is K.I.S.S. — Keep It Simple, Sexy. That translates to precise food served without ceremony, where sauces are flambéed at the table and meat is carved in front of you. The menu evolves with the market, but a few signatures remain on permanent watch. The Truffle French Toast, the house Beef Wellington, and a seabass in salt crust flambéed with beurre blanc and chili oil are among the dishes that define the kitchen's approach.
The cellar is the domain of co-founder and sommelier Théo Lavergne. His list runs on French appellations alongside a growing shelf of low-intervention boutique discoveries. He pairs by the glass, by the bottle, and by the mood of the room. The cellar is personal, and it shows.
The restaurant earned its place in the MICHELIN Guide Thailand 2026, a recognition of the uncompromising standard set by Antoine and his team. Head Chef Freya Nowack runs the kitchen alongside Antoine, while the crew on the floor ensures every night feels like a proper evening out.
Bisou is dinner only, every night from 5:30 PM till midnight. The team is in the room, ready to take it from there.
