Housed on the ground floor of Baan Trok, a century-old heritage building, Delia brings the flavors of Mexico to the heart of the city’s lively old town. The restaurant’s name and spirit are inspired by the culinary wisdom of beloved grandmothers, or abuelitas, creating a dining experience rich in tradition and heartfelt hospitality.

The menu, thoughtfully curated by Chef Gaby Espinosa and Chef Diego Zarco, blends traditional Mexican cuisine with an innovative touch, incorporating Thai regional and seasonal ingredients. This approach results in a fresh and vibrant Mexican dining experience that feels both authentic and uniquely local.

The atmosphere at Delia is warm and inviting, designed by MTM Design Studio to feel like a loving abuelita’s kitchen.
