At his intimate tasting counter, he brings those long-lost recipes back to life with a precision that earned the restaurant a Michelin star.

The kitchen operates on a simple principle: authentic Thai cuisine, drawn from those old textbooks, cooked with classical techniques and no modern appliances. Every ingredient is domestic, sourced to preserve the essence of each region. The result is a menu that feels both ancient and entirely fresh—a contemporary expression of Thai culinary heritage.

A Menu of the Sea

AKKEE’s set menu is built entirely from the Eastern coast of Thailand. This is a menu of the sea: seafood pulled from the Gulf of Thailand, wild herbs gathered from forested hills, and fish sauce made by hand in villages the team has visited and learned from. The seafood runs through every course, not as a theme but as a foundation.

For guests with seafood allergies or those seeking a vegan diet, the restaurant warmly invites exploration of their à la carte menu, where the same care and intention is applied. The tasting menu, however, is not available in vegetarian or vegan adaptations—it is a dedicated exploration of the coast.
