Perched inside Ulus Park, Sunset Grill & Bar commands one of the most striking views of the Bosphorus. Since 1994, this Istanbul institution has been a fixture of the city’s fine dining landscape, earning a Michelin Recommended distinction in the 2026 guide. Sunset introduced Turkey’s first sushi bar in 1999, and it remains one of Istanbul’s best addresses for sushi. In 2004, the restaurant brought a new wine cellar concept to the city, offering rare and valuable wines from around the world. The bar serves pre-dinner aperitifs and digestifs, while the kitchen, a member of the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, presents a seasonal menu drawing from Mediterranean, Turkish, and Japanese cuisines.
