The story
Since 2007, Topaz has offered a refined dining experience in the Gümüşsuyu district of Istanbul, with a relaxed yet modern design that complements its spectacular Bosphorus view. The restaurant features a main dining room, a lounge area, a new cocktail bar positioned against the strait, and a terrace set among greenery.
The kitchen is led by Chef Tevfik Alparslan, who oversees a menu rooted in contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, drawing on the rich culinary traditions of Türkiye. The restaurant operates from 18:00 to 24:00, closed on Sundays, and also offers full-service catering for private and large-scale events.
Topaz’s commitment to quality and its distinctive setting have earned it a place in the Michelin Guide, receiving a Recommended award for 2026. This recognition highlights the restaurant as a destination where the food, ambiance, and location work in harmony.
