The story
At TURK FATİH TUTAK, the guiding principle is clear: respect the roots and traditions of Turkish cuisine while creating something entirely new. “We are creating a new alphabet for Turkish cuisine,” the restaurant states, “reinterpreting the tastes we are familiar with in a modern, elegant and simple way.” This commitment to research, curiosity, and constant development of new techniques defines every dish that leaves the kitchen.
The restaurant draws inspiration from Turkey’s geography and cultural heritage, aiming to present purity and simplicity in the most flawless form. Each course carries a story rooted in history, memories, and traditions, resulting in a menu that feels both deeply familiar and refreshingly original. This approach earned the recognition of a Michelin 2 Star award in 2026, a testament to the excellence of the cooking.
Chef Fatih Tutak invites just thirty guests each evening to experience an exclusive 12-course Micro Seasonal Tasting Menu, accompanied by delightful surprises. The experience lasts approximately three hours, and à la carte options are not available. Because the menu depends on daily micro-seasonal products, the kitchen cannot accommodate vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free (Celiac) diets.
Dining options include the main dining room and an intimate Chef’s Table, where guests can witness the culinary artistry of the kitchen team up close. Before dinner, the courtyard called AVLU sets the tone—a place to unwind and immerse in the luxurious hospitality for which the restaurant is known.
The cuisine is best described as modern Turkish, built on traditional foundations but expressed through contemporary techniques and presentations. Ingredients from Turkey’s diverse geography take center stage, prepared with precision and restraint. The result is a tasting menu that evolves with the seasons, offering a singular perspective on what Turkish fine dining can be. Group reservations are limited to five guests per table.
