High above the city on the 70th floor of SLS Dubai, Fi'lia stakes its claim as the region's first female-led restaurant. Chef Célia Stoecklin leads a kitchen that celebrates a fresh and honest approach to Italian food, with an emphasis on handmade breads, pasta, and dishes from the firewood oven and grill.

The menu is structured as a generational story told through three sections: nonna, mamma, and figlia. Nonna brings traditional Italian flavours your grandmother would make; mamma offers contemporary twists on classic dishes; and figlia represents the daughter's modern interpretation of a generational masterpiece. This thoughtful narrative gives each course a sense of place and heritage.

Fi'lia has earned consistent recognition from the Michelin Guide, holding a Bib Gourmand in 2022 and 2023, and being listed as a Michelin Selected Restaurant in 2024 and 2025. The award acknowledges the restaurant's quality Italian cuisine at accessible prices.

The atmosphere is relaxed, with a setting that feels both elevated and welcoming. A variety of dining options are available, including a business lunch from Monday to Friday and a 4-course signature sharing menu designed for two. Private dining and event spaces are also available for celebrations or meetings.
