The story
At Revelry in Dubai Hills Estate, the kitchen treats Indian cuisine as a starting point, not a rulebook. The menu is a global street-food remix, where "tacos flirt with tandoor, naan integrates into pizza, and every bite carries a story with spice." The restaurant describes its food as "global street food, cooked with Indian madness" – a joyful collision of flavours that feels both familiar and unexpected.
The team behind Revelry is part of Passion F&B, the group known for Tresind and Avatara. The space itself leans into the energy of its name: the sizzle of woks, the perfume of masala, the clink of cocktails, the buzz of conversation. It’s designed for sharing, for lingering, for the kind of meal that unfolds over hours.
The cocktail programme, called 7 Moments, is built around the hours of the day. "From the still, golden hush of dawn to the electric pulse of midnight, each drink embodies a distinct hour," the restaurant notes. The drinks change mood as the night deepens, making the bar as much a destination as the kitchen.
Revelry holds a Michelin Bib Gourmand, awarded for good quality, good value cooking. It’s a fitting recognition for a place that delivers bold, generous Indian cuisine without pretension.
