The story
Storico Fresco Alimentari, established in 2016, is a MICHELIN-recommended staple in Atlanta’s Buckhead neighborhood. It serves as the matriarch of the Y Hospitality family and a sanctuary for lovers of fresh pasta. The restaurant acts as a bridge between Italy’s rich culinary past and Atlanta’s vibrant present, sourcing the finest ingredients and honoring tradition.
Prepared daily and rooted in generations of Italian technique, the menu at Storico Fresco honors tradition while remaining simple. The kitchen focuses on fresh pasta, made from scratch each day. The wine list includes selections sourced directly from the restaurant’s sister winery in Rimini, Enio Ottaviani Winery, while the bar program offers Italian staples alongside seasonal specialties created with intention and care.
Storico Fresco also operates an alimentari, where guests can bring home restaurant favorites such as lasagna, pastas, sauces, and more, along with curated ingredients and treasures from Rimini. The restaurant offers pasta classes, where guests can learn the art of making pasta from one of the Italian chefs—perfect for a night out with friends, a date night, or meeting new people in Atlanta.
The team at Storico Fresco loves to celebrate, from private dinners to full-venue buyouts. Whether planning an intimate gathering or a complete venue takeover, they work with guests to create something worth remembering. Reservations are accepted for dinner service, and tables are also kept available for walk-ins.
