The story
Superica occupies the fully restored Atlanta Stove Works building on Krog Street, a cast-iron factory that dates to 1889. Inside, the colorful dining room evokes an Old West atmosphere, with authentic craftsmanship and curios on display. The setting feels like a journey to a remote desert outpost—yet the warmth is pure Atlanta neighborhood.
The menu blends Mexican and American flavors, the cuisine you know as Tex-Mex. It is bold, satisfying cooking that earned the restaurant a Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2026, a recognition for good quality at a good value. Superica is part of the Ford Fry restaurant group, and the Krog Street location is the original.
Lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch are served. Outdoor seating and a full bar complement the lively, unpretentious vibe. Whether you stop in for a quick meal or settle in for a leisurely evening, Superica delivers on its promise of hearty, well-executed Tex-Mex in a space that honors the city’s industrial past.
