The kitchen is led by Executive Chef Jennifer Landry, who brings a modern Italian steakhouse sensibility to the menu. That means handmade pastas and premium à la carte steaks alongside seafood and elevated comfort dishes. The brunch program has earned consistent recognition as one of Las Vegas' favorites, with plates ranging from the indulgent Cinnaroll Waffle to savory signatures like the Snow Crab Omelet and Shaq's Crispy Chicken Sandwich. At dinner, the focus shifts to seared cuts from trusted purveyors and Italian classics prepared with precision.

The wine program, curated by Savor Hospitality's Director of Beverage Troy Kumalaa, features 300 selections with a strong Italian focus. It has been awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, a nod to the depth and care of the list. The bar turns out cocktails and spritzes that suit the coastal-Italian atmosphere—relaxed, bright, and made for the patio.

The setting itself draws from the Italian seaside: rich coastal hues, inviting textures, and open-air energy that works for both romantic dinners and group gatherings. With 9,000 square feet of indoor-outdoor space, Alexxa's also hosts private events for up to 800 guests.
