Restaurant Ki, whose name is written with the Chinese character 杞 (meaning “wolfberry” or an ancient tree), presents a focused vision of new Korean cuisine. Located at 111 San Pedro Street in downtown Los Angeles, the restaurant operates with quiet precision, earning a Michelin star for its high quality cooking.
The dining experience at Ki centers on Korean Contemporary interpretations that respect tradition while exploring modern techniques and flavors. The kitchen’s approach is evident in each dish: clean, deliberate, and rooted in Korean ingredients and sensibilities.
