Spring is a New American restaurant located on Mill Street in Marietta's Historic Marietta Square. Owned and operated by friends Chef Brian So and Sommelier Daniel Crawford, Spring focuses on serving seasonal, thoughtfully sourced dishes alongside a selection of natural wines. The team is dedicated to supporting and honoring the local farmers, artisans, and winemakers who have devoted their lives to their craft, with the goal of giving every guest a memorable experience.

Seasonal Menus and Local Partnerships

The menu at Spring changes with the seasons, showcasing the best available ingredients. Recent offerings included a Peach & Perilla Salad with peppers, cucumbers, yogurt, red onion, and lime; Garganelli with green garlic cream, morels, favas, and parmesan; and Roasted Lamb featuring loin, tenderloin, and merguez with carrot, kamut, and spinach. The team welcomes guests to note dietary restrictions in their reservation so they can accommodate them.

Spring’s commitment to high-quality cooking earned it a Michelin star in 2026, placing it among the top dining destinations in the Atlanta area. The restaurant is open Wednesday through Saturday evenings, with limited seating available.
