Chef Salvatore Fraterrigo’s Passion

Born in Trapani, Sicily, Chef Salvatore Fraterrigo developed his love for cooking by watching his mother and grandmother in the kitchen. He never attended culinary school; instead, he built his own technique rooted in the traditions of Sicilian food. After working in restaurants across the United States and opening his own restaurant in Italy, he brought his vision to New York. “I cook for my customers in the same way my family cooked for us,” he says. His passion shines through every dish, from arancini to pasta alla Norma, all prepared with the same care as a family meal.
