The story
For over three decades, Shin Jung has been a destination for authentic Korean cuisine in Orlando. Since 1993, the restaurant has proudly served the community with a mission to faithfully uphold traditional Korean cooking. Located at 1638 E Colonial Drive in the Mills 50 neighborhood, it is open daily from 11:30 am to 10:00 pm.
Shin Jung is a four-time recipient of the Michelin Guide, earning a Recommended status for 2026. The restaurant’s website highlights this achievement, underscoring a consistent commitment to quality and tradition.
