This commitment to quality and atmosphere has earned SkyFire a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for 2025, recognizing its exceptional wine program that pairs beautifully with the bold, Southwestern American cuisine.

Beyond the main dining room, SkyFire offers a Chef’s Tasting Menu: a private dining experience featuring a three-course family-style feast inspired by Northern New Mexico’s vibrant, seasonal flavors. The menu evolves with the land and pairs with curated wines. For a more relaxed affair, Bishop’s Hour is their weekday take on happy hour, from 2-5 PM, featuring drink specials and exclusive pricing on select menu items against the backdrop of rugged mountainside views and a traditional adobe fireplace.
