The story
In the heart of Knokke, Fleur and Edwin run Cuines 33 as an inseparable duo. After 14 years in the business, they have shaped a new concept that focuses on the essence: the guest and the culinary experience. Their philosophy is one of pure hospitality, where dedication and innovation merge to make guests feel at home and bring flavours to life.
Cuines 33 breathes and cooks in harmony with the seasons. The menu is a story written by nature: one single menu that embraces the best meat, fish, and shellfish of the moment. The kitchen serves a single tasting menu, striving to stimulate the senses and exceed expectations. The team notes that the complexity of the dishes limits their ability to make adjustments, so lactose-free, vegetarian, or fully pescatarian menus are not available.
The experience begins at a fixed arrival time for both lunch (12:00) and dinner (19:00), marking the start of a culinary journey through the season’s flavours. The menu is priced at €215, with an optional wine pairing at €93 or a juice pairing at €75.
This dedication to a singular, high-quality vision has earned Cuines 33 a Michelin star, a recognition of the restaurant’s commitment to “high quality cooking.” The restaurant’s approach is one of no specials, no shortcuts, and no excuses – a refuge where each meal is a unique experience, carefully curated with first-class products.
