Since opening its doors in 2012, Park has established itself as a pillar of the Montreal dining scene. Located on Victoria Avenue in Westmount, this restaurant is the personal expression of executive chef and owner Antonio Park. The menu is an innovative fusion of Asian cuisine, rooted in the traditional Japanese and Korean cooking of his heritage, woven with North and South American influences.

Chef Park’s philosophy is simple: food is everything. The restaurant was born from a drive to uphold freshness and source top-quality ingredients. The team prioritizes local Quebec and Canadian products, from proteins to vegetables and herbs, highlighting them when in season. To complement this, Park holds a private import seafood license, allowing them to source sustainable, line-caught fish daily—some flown in directly from Japan. They craft their own sushi rice vinegar, wasabi, kimchi, and soy sauce, using gold medal koshihikari short-grain rice.

"I wanted to do something different here, something personal, something that’s all about who I really am," he says. "Park is my background. It’s my roots. It’s me."
