The Space

Mott 32 Vancouver occupies the base of the famed Arthur Erickson-designed tower in Coal Harbour. Its interiors blend New York industrial style with traditional Chinese culture, creating a setting that is both refined and relaxed. The Cuisine

One of the most awarded Chinese restaurant brands in the world, Mott 32 offers a wide range of dishes from Canton, Shanghai, and Beijing. The kitchen uses the finest ingredients—fresh seafood, homemade dim sum, Kobe and Wagyu beef, and the signature 42-day Apple Wood Roasted Peking Duck. Other standouts include the Signature Iberico Pluma Char Siu and the Signature Maine Lobster “Ma Po Tofu.” The menu also features plant-based options like the Crispy “Chicken” with Szechuan peppercorns.

The Awards

Mott 32’s Vancouver outpost has earned consistent recognition. It is regularly voted one of Canada’s 100 Best Restaurants and has won “Best Chinese” and “Best Interior Design” in Vancouver Magazine’s Restaurant Awards. The Drinks

The bar program is equally ambitious. Signature cocktails draw on Asian ingredients like osmanthus honey, ginseng, goji berries, shiso, and star anise. The Hanami combines whisky, gin, umeshu, yuzu, and shiso with ginger beer and chrysanthemum. The Forbidden Rose is a tropical blend of vanilla-infused pisco, passionfruit, lychee, and chili. The Hong Kong Iced Tea reimagines the classic lemon tea with tequila, Lillet Blanc, blackcurrant, and jasmine tea, using basil seeds for texture.
