Guests choose between a four-course dinner priced at 1,490 Czech koruna or a longer seven-course Chef’s Selection for 2,290 koruna. The current lineup features roasted eggplant drizzled with bee pollen, chard cream paired with spiced breadcrumbs, and patisson squash served alongside ratatouille and sherry. A cherry sorbet finishes the meal, while an oplatka cookie with apricots provides a light closing note. Wine pairings draw from a curated list of Czech and European bottles designed to complement the plant-based cooking.
