The story
La Table Floralie welcomes guests into a cocoon of intimacy with just 25 covers. The atmosphere is warm and refined, built on conviviality, generosity, and comfort. The kitchen and dining room are deliberately open — the boundary between them blurred, creating a shared experience that feels personal and unpretentious. This commitment to genuine hospitality earned the restaurant a Michelin Recommended distinction for 2026.
The cooking is instinctive, rooted in direct relationships with local producers and suppliers. Seasonal ingredients from the region are highlighted, with techniques and spices drawn from global gastronomy. Two distinct offerings shape the experience.
For weekday lunches (Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday), a Market Menu offers a choice of two starters, two mains, and a cheese or dessert plate — 30€ for three courses, 25€ for two. This menu can be served in about an hour.
At every dinner and on weekends, the Signature Carte is a blind tasting menu in three, four, or six temporalities. Guests are given a few key product markers, then surrender to the kitchen’s creativity. Raffinement, surprise, and delight are the guiding words. A vegetarian version of the three-course Discovery Menu is available.
Wine is the backbone of La Table Floralie. The drinks list is divided into two sections: "Trésors des Alpes," highlighting local gems, and "Livre de Cave," a curated selection from France’s finest regions. Each reference is chosen with care, regularly updated based on encounters and discoveries.
The restaurant also hosts monthly Rencontres Vigneronnes — Sunday evenings where a winemaker presents six cuvées paired with a six-course menu. Tuesday Dégustations feature themed wine tastings with six culinary accompaniments, led by a sommelier. These events reflect the house’s deep reverence for the vine and the artisans behind it.
