In the small coastal town of Blainville-sur-Mer, Chef Philippe Hardy and his wife Nadia run a restaurant that balances quiet refinement with a deep sense of place. The dining rooms are understated and elegant, designed as a warm, harmonious setting where the focus stays on the plate. A private salon is available for confidential receptions, business dinners, or intimate celebrations.

The kitchen is driven by the seasons and the region. Hardy works exclusively with fresh produce, and the menu changes according to arrivals. A tasting menu called Le meilleur de notre région showcases the best of the area: seared scallops with root vegetables and herb jus, or Blainville lobster with buckwheat risotto and coral foam; wild turbot cooked low and slow with seasonal vegetables and a marine emulsion; and a creative dessert from pastry chef Florian Lelièvre. For lunch, the Menu Petite Table offers a more accessible three-course option — a perfect egg with parsnip mousseline, a pot of fish and shellfish from the garden, and a revisited lemon meringue tart — all served with two glasses of wine.

The restaurant’s modern cuisine has earned it a Michelin star, and the team takes pride in being listed among the 1,000 best restaurants in the world. Every detail, from the hand-selected materials and furniture to the service, reflects a commitment to authenticity and quality. The restaurant is closed Sunday evening, Monday, and Wednesday, allowing the team to maintain the standards that make the experience feel both generous and precise.
