The story
At the corner of rue Nationale and Place Claude Rousseau, Tandem brings together modern cuisine and a warm, convivial atmosphere. Tanguy and Lisa, the couple behind the address, have created a space where the dining room and the épicerie (grocery) share the same spirit: respect for seasonality, local sourcing, and honest cooking.
The kitchen turns out a short, precise menu that changes daily. At lunch, a fixed 22€ menu offers three courses – recent examples include beetroot with horseradish and walnuts, beef with celery and satay, and rice pudding with salted butter caramel and dark chocolate.
